Six skills you walk out with.

By 6 PM Friday you can confidently select, dose, and monitor peptide therapy for the most common longevity, recovery and aesthetic indications.

01 · Metabolic & Weight

GLP-1 receptor agonists, decoded

Semaglutide vs tirzepatide vs retatrutide — patient selection, titration ladders, side-effect mitigation, and the hand-off between weight loss and maintenance.

02 · Repair & Recovery

BPC-157 + TB-500 stacking

Soft-tissue, tendon and gut applications. Subcutaneous vs localized injection, dosing windows, and how to layer with PRP/MSC therapy without confounders.

03 · Immune & Longevity

Thymosin α-1 & Epitalon

Immunomodulation protocols, post-viral and chronic infection support, and longevity stacks that actually move biological-age markers.

04 · Sexual & Hormonal

PT-141, Kisspeptin, GHK-Cu

Sexual-health protocols that work for both genders, hair and skin protocols, and clean integration with TRT/HRT pipelines.

05 · Patient Selection

The contraindication map

A printable decision tree: who to enroll, who to defer, and the four red-flag combinations that should never see a peptide prescription.

06 · Compliance & Sourcing

Sourcing, compounding, paperwork

Vetted compounding-pharmacy criteria, intake forms, informed-consent templates, and the documentation trail that protects your clinic.

Five clinical topics, decoded.

Each topic comes with the dosing trees, contraindication maps and consent templates we use in daily practice.

Sourcing standards, storage chain, layering with energy devices, and the exosome decision tree for skin quality vs hair vs scar revision.

  • Vetted sourcing partners
  • Cold-chain logistics
  • Topical vs micro-needled vs injected
  • Energy-device pairings
  • Scar-revision protocols
  • Patient-photography SOP

Reconstitution, dilution, injection plane and zone-by-zone quantity. The 12-week revisit script and the photographic-evidence framework.

  • Reconstitution recipes
  • Zone-by-zone injection map
  • Plane decision matrix
  • 12-week revisit script
  • Combination protocols
  • Adverse-event protocol

Alopecia phenotyping, the injection map, and the re-treatment cadence that drives sustained density at 6 and 12 months.

  • Alopecia phenotype tree
  • Injection map (laminated)
  • 3-month and 6-month re-assessment
  • Patient-selection filter
  • Combination with peptides
  • Outcome-photography SOP

Pre/post protocols, downtime management, and the precise moment to layer exosomes vs growth factors for the deepest dermal remodeling.

  • Pre/post protocol cards
  • Downtime management scripts
  • Layer-timing decision tree
  • Energy-device pairings
  • Skin-type stratification
  • Maintenance-phase cadence

A 7-axis intake form, the consent-form language that protects your clinic, and the pricing-and-retention model that drives 5-star reviews.

  • 7-axis intake form
  • Consent-form template
  • Realistic-expectation script
  • Treatment-bundle pricing
  • 90-day retention sequence
  • Photography release form
