Ultrasound for the regenerative clinic
Probe selection, knobology, the four diagnostic windows you need (knee, shoulder, hip, ankle), and the imaging signs that change your injection plan.
Advanced musculoskeletal regenerative protocols — orthobiologics, PRP, MSCs and ultrasound-guided injection. A full faculty-supervised clinical day with three world-class MSK clinicians on the same floor.
A full clinical day at the Cellular Institute with Dr. Wajid Burad, Marcio Kume and Richard Silva — PRP and prolotherapy, MSC for joint repair, ultrasound-guided injection on real patients, and pathology-specific protocols for knee, shoulder and spine.
Dr. Wajid Burad, Marcio Kume and Richard Silva — foundations of regenerative sports medicine, target tissues and clinical decision trees.
Sonographic anatomy, approaches and technical precision — the framework that makes the injection reproducible.
Supervised, ultrasound-guided injection on real patients — the moment everything comes together.
Knee · shoulder · spine — protocols for OA, tendon and ligament injuries plus the rehab integration.
Official ISSCA Advanced Musculoskeletal & Sports Certification — internationally recognized in 30+ countries.
Dedicated MSK bus from the host hotel to the Cellular Institute and back — fully included.
By 6 PM Sunday you can confidently scan, plan and inject the most common MSK / sports indications — and triage the cases that should not be injected.
Probe selection, knobology, the four diagnostic windows you need (knee, shoulder, hip, ankle), and the imaging signs that change your injection plan.
When each biologic is the right tool, prep parameters that actually matter (platelet concentration, leuko-rich vs leuko-poor), and the clinical-evidence summary for each.
A laminated, take-home protocol card: indication → biologic → volume → plane → post-injection rehab card per joint.
Percutaneous tenotomy, peritendinous infiltration, and the regenerative-protocol stack for partial-thickness rotator cuff and gluteal tendinopathy.
Red flags, MRI thresholds, the three patient phenotypes that should be referred for surgery first, and the consent-form language that protects your clinic.
The 6-week rehab card patients actually follow, the touchpoint cadence that drives 5-star reviews, and the case-mix that builds a sustainable MSK practice.
Each topic comes with the laminated injection cards, ultrasound checklists and post-injection rehab cards we use in daily practice.

Organized transfer with ISSCA staff from Hotel Four Points to Hospital Galenia.
Three parallel stations — Knee, Shoulder and Spine. Participants rotate in groups to complete all three stations under faculty supervision.
Academic closing, farewell toast and ISSCA International Certification presentation. Followed by the Sunday closing panel + farewell with all summit attendees.
A 1:17 faculty-to-attendee ratio is rare in MSK regenerative — it's the reason this is the most-rebooked ISSCA track.
Internationally recognized MSK regenerative clinician focused on orthobiologic protocols and ultrasound-guided injection. Frequent ISSCA contributor and conference faculty.
DO with a sports- and functional-medicine practice covering professional and elite-amateur athletes. Specialist in tendon and partial-tear regenerative protocols.
High-volume MSK injectionist focused on US-guided technique for tendon, joint and ligament protocols. Co-supervises hands-on stations at the Cellular Institute.
Longstanding ISSCA faculty bringing Latin-American MSK case mix and high-volume injection cadence into the supervised practice.
