Six skills you walk out with.

By 6 PM Sunday you can confidently scan, plan and inject the most common MSK / sports indications — and triage the cases that should not be injected.

01 · Imaging

Ultrasound for the regenerative clinic

Probe selection, knobology, the four diagnostic windows you need (knee, shoulder, hip, ankle), and the imaging signs that change your injection plan.

02 · Orthobiologics

PRP / BMC / MSC / Exosome decision

When each biologic is the right tool, prep parameters that actually matter (platelet concentration, leuko-rich vs leuko-poor), and the clinical-evidence summary for each.

03 · Joint-by-joint

Knee · shoulder · hip injection map

A laminated, take-home protocol card: indication → biologic → volume → plane → post-injection rehab card per joint.

04 · Tendon & ligament

Tenotomy + biologic protocols

Percutaneous tenotomy, peritendinous infiltration, and the regenerative-protocol stack for partial-thickness rotator cuff and gluteal tendinopathy.

05 · Patient Selection

The triage tree

Red flags, MRI thresholds, the three patient phenotypes that should be referred for surgery first, and the consent-form language that protects your clinic.

06 · Post-Injection

Rehab + retention

The 6-week rehab card patients actually follow, the touchpoint cadence that drives 5-star reviews, and the case-mix that builds a sustainable MSK practice.

Five clinical topics, decoded.

Each topic comes with the laminated injection cards, ultrasound checklists and post-injection rehab cards we use in daily practice.

Probe selection, knobology, the four diagnostic windows you need, and the imaging signs that change your injection plan.
