Our organization provides continuing medical education and professional training programs for licensed physicians. Products are delivered either:
- Digitally — online access to proprietary educational content and intellectual property
- In-person — through structured live training courses conducted according to a published agenda
Digital Programs
Due to the nature of digital educational content and proprietary intellectual property, once a participant is granted access to the online learning platform, streaming materials, downloadable content, or recorded modules, the service is considered delivered and fulfilled. As access provides immediate and irreversible use of intellectual property, digital course purchases are non-refundable once accessed.
Exception: If access has not yet been granted, cancellation requests submitted within 7 days of purchase may be eligible for review.
Live In-Person Courses
Cancellations submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event are eligible for refund, less administrative fees.
Cancellations received within 14 days of the event are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future course date or reassigned to another qualified participant.
If our organization cancels an event, participants may choose either a full refund or credit toward a future program.

We maintain transparent course descriptions, agendas, and terms prior to purchase and have a history of successful delivery without recurring refund disputes.
