Who should attend?

All ISSCA Events are for: Physicians, specialists in regenerative medicine, aesthetic medicine, orthopedics, longevity, biohacking, researchers, private clinicians, and any healthcare professional interested in integrating advanced therapies into their practice.

What formats are available?

Conference: General admission for the full conference day, including access to lectures, coffee breaks, lunch, expo zone, ISSCA Magazine and access to the ISSCA MedConnect: A networking Experience. Certification package: Includes everything from General Admission + that includes the conference + hands-on practical certification session + training books and protocols materials + official certificate (when applicable). Optional add-ons: additional workshops, VIP access to social events, and more.

In what language will the presentations and materials be delivered?

Most events are conducted in English. Depending on the country, simultaneous translation or complementary materials in another language may be available.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. Upon participation (and completion of the practical certification requirements when applicable), you will receive an official certificate issued by ISSCA, recognizing your attendance or hands-on clinical certification training.

Can I attend only the conference day without enrolling in the practical certification?

Yes. You may register as a conference-only participant without joining the hands-on certification workshops or certification programs.

What is included with the conference ticket?

Full access to all theoretical sessions, the expo area, two coffee breaks + lunch (or equivalent), networking/social event (depending on the location), and a participation certificate.

What is included in the practical certification package?

Full access to the conference + hands-on certification workshop, real clinical case demonstrations, expert supervision, complementary learning materials, uniform or kit (depending on logistics), and extended networking opportunities.

What are the hands-on certification like?

ISSCA Certification Workshops are conducted in small groups, guided by experienced instructors, and focused on real clinical protocols such as cellular therapies, peptides, exosomes and designed to help you apply these techniques in your practice.

What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We do not offer refunds. If you are unable to attend on the original date, you may request to convert your registration into a credit to attend the same event on a different date or in another country, following ISSCA's official event calendar.

Can another person attend in my place (substitution)?

Yes. Substitutions are typically allowed if requested within the required timeframe (for example, at least 30 days prior to the event) and approved by the organization.

Are payment plans or financing options available for the certification/practical workshop?

Yes. An initial deposit + a remaining balance payment plan is available. Please contact the registration team for specific details.

Where will the event take place?

The venue varies by country. The official hotel, convention center, or event location will be announced along with full details such as the address, nearest airport, recommended transportation, and any preferential hotel rates.

Is accommodation included, or are there special hotel rates?

Accommodation is not included in the standard ticket price. However, the organization often negotiates special rates at the host hotel or nearby. Contact our sales support team if you need more information.

What is the primary language required for the event?

English is the standard language for presentations. If simultaneous translation or supplementary materials are available, this will be specified for each location.

What level of knowledge is required to participate?
